A Greek Revival home built in 1858, on 183 acres, and a family home long before it was a wedding venue. Five outdoor spaces, the rooms inside the house, and the whole property yours for the day.
$1,000 off a wedding held before December 31, 2026.
$500 off a wedding booked before December 31, 2026, for any date.
The house went up in 1858 and has been standing ever since. Upstairs, the five bedrooms still carry the names of the children who slept in them. Downstairs, the Parlor keeps its antique mirror and gold draperies, and the Library has floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and a fireplace people refuse to leave.
Outside there are five more places to choose from. A front lawn you reach by a half-mile avenue, an oak grove with an old farm bell that once called the children in for supper, a south vista over the fields, an east lawn wide enough for hundreds, and a butterfly garden nobody wants to leave. That is more ways to say your vows than most couples expect, which is either a gift or a decision. Either way, someone walks you through it.
That avenue is the only way onto the property. Once you are down it, the day belongs to you. No other party, no shared grounds, no one waiting on you to finish.
Take the day, keep it small, or stay Friday to Sunday and sleep in the house. Each one is a private event with no one else booked alongside you. What comes with each is laid out in the guide.
Ceremony and reception from $4,300. Micro weddings from $1,500. Every figure is in the guide.
